Gregg emceed the Presidential Candidates Session at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in 2007 and in 2008. He also gave the keynote address at the Missouri College Republican Convention in 2007, was a featured speaker at the 2007 College Republican National Committee Convention in Washington D.C, and was a featured speaker at the 2007 National Federation of Republican Women's Conference in Palm Springs, California, as well as the 2007 Western Conservative Political Action Conference (WCPAC) in Newport Beach, California.
